Role Description

SeatBoost is looking for an experienced, energetic and proactive team member to manage SeatBoost products and assist in daily operations full-time.

In your role as Product Manager, you will be responsible for
  • Acquiring new and managing existing third-party marketing and incentive partnerships.
  • Managing SeatBoost’s B2C marketing products as well as platform-related operational e‑mailing.
  • Maintaining and continuously enhancing the design, customization and usability of the SeatBoost user interface based on data analysis, best practice as well as user and industry trends.
  • Supporting B2B marketing initiatives.

You will support other team members in the Operations team in various tasks, e.g. customer service, airport promoter scheduling and management, when and where needed.

The position is remote; you will work virtually. In order to work most efficiently, the ideal candidate is based in a time zone range between UTC+2 and UTC-5.

You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Occasional traveling is required.

Qualifications
  • You have worked at a commercial scheduled-service airline or airline industry vendor, e.g. GDS, for a minimum of 5 years and are familiar with ancillary processes in the airline industry.
  • You feel comfortable in an allrounder role and have expertise in managing third-party marketing and incentive partnerships as well as B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Experience in customer service, digital sales, usability testing or payment processes is a plus.
  • You focus on solutions, not problems.
  • You speak and write fluent English. A second foreign language is a plus.
  • You have strong organizational, presentational and negotiation skills.
  • You have a customer‑centric attitude and are able to build trusted relationships with partners.
  • You act with respect, confidence and empathy in different cultures.
  • You communicate proactively and relevantly and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 office programs.
  • You self‑manage your work-life balance based on flexible working hours.
