Job summary

Project Eaden GmbH is seeking a Production Operator to join our plant-based meat manufacturing team in a clean, modern facility. You will operate production equipment, monitor processes, and help ensure food safety and quality in a fast-growing startup.

The ideal candidate is comfortable standing for long periods, can handle materials, and follows HACCP and PPE guidelines. German language proficiency is required for safety communications, with English helpful for international collaboration.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our manufacturing team, operating equipment and ensuring the highest quality standards for our innovative plant-based meat products. You'll work in a clean, modern production environment where your attention to detail and commitment to food safety directly contribute to our mission of transforming the food industry.

Key responsibilities

Production Operations: Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety protocols. Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and output targets are met.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, including visual inspections and basic testing. Report any quality issues or deviations from specifications to supervisors immediately.

Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict food safety protocols and maintain high hygiene standards at all times. Adhere to HACCP procedures, sanitation requirements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned. Report equipment malfunctions, unusual noises, or performance issues to maintenance teams promptly.

Material Handling: Handle raw materials, ingredients, and finished products according to established procedures. Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or related industrial environment preferred but not required. We welcome candidates eager to learn and grow with our team.

• Job Requirements: This position involves standing for extended periods, handling materials up to 25kg, and working in a temperature-controlled environment.
