TYTAN Technologies in Munich is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide a team of production operators, optimize output, and maintain quality as we ramp toward volume. You will bridge the shop floor with ERP/MES systems and engineering with a focus on continuous improvement.

We're looking for a Production Team Leader to lead a team of operators on the production floor, driving output, quality, and continuous improvement as we ramp toward volume. You'll be the connective tissue between the shop floor and the systems, processes, and people that keep it running.

Your Roadmap To Make an Impact

• You lead and motivate a team of production operators, training, coaching, and managing performance day to day
• You plan, ramp, and sustain output at rate across series/volume production
• You drive root-cause problem solving and hold the line to quality standards
• You work with production tracking/ERP/MES systems and technical drawings/work instructions to keep the floor running smoothly
• You coordinate across departments, engineering, quality, supply chain to remove blockers
• You flex across Shifts and Sites as the production/ Business needs requires
