You will lead a team, ensure timely execution of the production program, comply with quality, safety, environmental and energy requirements, and push continuous improvement through Lean and CIP.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Qualification as Industrial Foreman or Mechanical Engineering Technician or similar technical qualification.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and provide shift leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Aufgaben

• Support production planning and assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to the introduction of new projects through to successful serial production and collaborate closely with the Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments.

Your Profile:

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and provide shift-related leadership support
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and assertiveness
• Experience in the automotive supplier industry and knowledge of serial production processes are advantageous
