Production Process Instructor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities – where you make an impact!

• Coordinate personnel, machines, and resources, including shift planning
• Act as deputy Team Leader and support daily operations
• Ensure product quality through process monitoring and compliance with work instructions
• Serve as QBD1 contact and manage escalations to QBD2, including documentation
• Support safety compliance, maintenance activities, and employee training

Your profile – what you bring!

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, energy and building technology or have a comparable technical qualification
• Initial leadership or team coordination experience
• Relevant work experience and strong understanding of processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and ideally QDA
• Good German and English skills and willingness to work shifts
