Zusammenfassung

Tilray Brands, Inc. sucht eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) in der Produktionsvorbereitung in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche). Sie sorgen für Bereitstellung und Kommissionierung der Fertigungsaufträge, ordnen Komponenten zu und koordinieren An- und Ablieferungen in der Lohnfertigung.

Sie arbeiten eng mit angrenzenden Abteilungen zusammen, nutzen das Warenwirtschaftssystem Navision, und legen Fertigungsaufträge gemäß Plan fest. Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Sorgfalt und Teamfähigkeit sind Voraussetzung.

Qualifikationen

• Sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS Office
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Aufgaben

• Bereitstellung / Kommissionierung aller Komponenten nach Fertigungsauftrag
• Zuordnung der gelieferten Komponenten aus angrenzenden Produktionsbereichen
• Vergabe der Fertigungsaufträge in Produktion nach geplantem Datum
• Priorisierung nach Warenwirtschaftssystem Navision und Etagis
• Bearbeitung der Fertigungsaufträge in der Lohnfertigung; An- und Ablieferungen koordinieren
• Bearbeitung der Fertigungsaufträge im Warenwirtschaftssystem
• Rückführung aller Restkomponenten an entsprechende Abteilung

Deine Aufgaben:

• Bereitstellung / Kommissionierung aller Komponenten nach Fertigungsauftrag
• Zuordnen der gelieferten Komponenten aus angrenzenden Produktionsbereichen (Druckerei; Packmittelverwaltung; Rohwarenlager)
• Vergabe der zusammengestellten Fertigungsaufträge in Produktion nach geplanten Produktionsdatum
• Priorisierung nach Warenwirtschaftssystem, Navision und Etagis
• Bearbeitung der Fertigungsaufträge in der Lohnfertigung; An- und Ablieferungen koordinieren
• Bearbeitung der Fertigungsaufträge im Warenwirtschaftssystem
• Rückführung aller Restkomponenten an entsprechende Abteilung

Dein Profil:

• Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang und Kenntnisse mit dem PC und MS Office
• Du zeichnest dich durch eine sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus und arbeitest gerne mit anderen Kollegen im Team
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
