Job summary

Cylib is building a new site in Germany and seeks motivated staff to support production operations across logistics, battery discharge, dismantling, and mechanical processing. You will handle material flow, coordinate transports, inspect goods, and help keep the line safe and efficient.

We welcome candidates with vocational training in technical trades, a forklift license, and willingness to learn new equipment. German communication is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in a technical or skilled trades field.
• Initial production/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

You will support our production process in the areas of logistics, battery discharge and dismantling, or mechanical processing — depending on your experience and operational needs:

• You will take on operational tasks along the material flow: from incoming goods and storage to the safe discharge and dismantling of batteries, as well as feeding materials into mechanical processing.
• You will coordinate incoming materials, carry out internal transports, and support packaging and shipment preparation.
• You will operate equipment and workstations in your area, monitor ongoing processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• You will carry out visual and incoming goods inspections, document processing steps, and ensure proper further processing of materials.
• You will assist with cleaning and basic maintenance tasks and contribute to a safe and orderly working environment.
• You will consistently comply with safety regulations, HV guidelines, and environmental protection requirements — safety is our top priority.
• You will work closely with your colleagues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.

• You have completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or skilled trades field; candidates with non-technical backgrounds but a strong technical interest are also welcome.
• Initial experience in production, manufacturing, skilled trades, or a technical environment is a plus, but not required.
• You hold a forklift license and ideally have practical driving experience.
• You work carefully and reliably and have a strong awareness of safety.
• You are willing to learn new equipment and processes — we will provide structured onboarding.
• You are willing to work shifts and perform physical work.
• Knowledge of HV safety standards (HV2E/HV3E) is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain these qualifications with us.
• You communicate confidently in German. English skills are a plus.
