Zusammenfassung

Cylib in Aachen is seeking a hands-on technician to operate, monitor and control our pilot line, ensuring reliable production and fast familiarisation with new equipment.

You perform regular checks and quality inspections, document operating data and production volumes, and collaborate with Maintenance and Process Development to drive process improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or skilled-trade training completed.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical environment preferred.
• Good technical understanding and quick to learn new equipment.
• Reliable, careful, and independent with structured approach.
• Enjoys practical work and taking responsibility.
• Communicates confidently in German; English is a plus.
• Team player with openness to changing requirements.

• You have completed technical or skilled-trade training and ideally already have practical experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• You have a good technical understanding and can quickly familiarise yourself with new equipment, processes and tasks.
• You work reliably, carefully and independently and approach your tasks in a structured manner.
• You enjoy practical, hands-on work and taking responsibility.
• You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly with others and adapt well to changing requirements.
