PCI Pharma Services in Germany (Brandenburg) seeks a detail-oriented warehouse/packaging associate to support labeling, assembly, and documentation in a GMP environment.

You will help maintain packing areas, operate packing equipment, assist in warehouse and label production tasks, and ensure health & safety standards are followed. Fluent reading of English preferred; German language is a plus. Training provided to build skills.

Qualifications

• Initial work experience in warehouse/logistics/quality control.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/labelling.
• Ability to read and understand English documents; German is a plus.
• Motivation and willingness to learn.
• Proficient with PC and MS Office; ERP systems experience is advantageous.

• Follow labelling and assembly instructions according to GMP requirements.
• Complete assembly documentation in line with requirements.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To follow labelling and assembly instructions according to regulatory and GMP requirements as per AM-WHV
• To complete assembly documentation in line with company requirements and external regulations
• To maintain the cleanliness of the packing rooms
• To maintain equipment used for packing operations, as required.
• To assist in warehouse operations areas as required.
• To assist in label production operations as required.
• To comply with the companies Health and Safety standards.

PREREQUISITES

• Initial work experience in the warehouse/logistics/quality control sector, although career changers are also welcome.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/labelling, preferably in clinical care is an advantage; Precision and high attention to detail in the execution of packaging operations and documentation
• Ability to work in a team and reliability.
• Good knowledge of English is desirable to be able to read, understand and edit documents; German is an added plus.
• Motivation and willingness to learn
• Confident handling of PC, MS Office, and ERP systems
