Vectoflow GmbH in Gilching, Germany, is seeking a Production & Industrialization Engineer (m/f/d). You bridge Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality to move new products from development into scalable, compliant production on the path to EN 9100 certification and POA readiness.

The role blends planning and hands-on shop floor work: you optimize processes, support operators, solve manufacturing issues, and map workflows in our ERP (Odoo), including programmatic aspects when useful.

Qualifications

• Experience in production engineering and industrialization.
• Familiar with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.

Join our team as Production & Industrialization Engineer (m/f/d)

As Production & Industrialization Engineer, you are the link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality. You make sure new products move from development into repeatable, scalable and compliant production, on the way to EN 9100 certification and a future EASA Part 21 Subpart G Production Organisation Approval (POA).

The job is part planning, part shop floor: you optimise processes, support operators at the bench and solve manufacturing issues. You also work closely with our Head of Operations, take ownership of topics, prepare decisions with solid data and map our processes cleanly in our ERP (Odoo), where useful also programmatically.
