Job summary

QCG Computer GmbH in Nordrhein-Westfalen sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft aus Elektronik/Mechatronik/Automatisierung zur Unterstützung der Serienproduktion. Sie überwachen Anlagenleistung, führen Störungsanalysen durch, nehmen Justierungen vor und dokumentieren Abhilfe, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Ingenieuren, unterstützen Neueinführungen, pflegen Stücklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen, führen vorbeugende Wartungen durch und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossen berufliche Ausbildung oder technische Qualifikation in Elektronik, Mechatronik, Automatisierung oder vergleichbarem Bereich.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in Produktion, Equipment-Support, Automatisierung oder technischem Service vorteilhaft.
• Praktische Problemlösungsfähigkeit und hohe Lernbereitschaft auf der Fertigungsebene.
• Sichere Grundkenntnisse in MS Office; Visio-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.
• Zuverlässige, detailorientierte und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise.

Responsibilities

• Geräteleistung in der Produktion überwachen und Störfälle beheben, einschließlich Feinabstimmung, mechanischer Anpassungen und Teiletausch.
• Praxisnahe technische Unterstützung für Produktions Teams bei Gerätenutzen.
• Probleme dokumentieren und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
• Eng mit Ingenieuren kommunizieren und Ursachenanalysen sowie Leistungsverbesserungen unterstützen.
• Zusammenarbeiten mit Ingenieuren bei Anpassungen, Versuchen und Datenerfassung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
• Unterstützung von Probestrieben und Einführung neuer oder angepasster Fertigungsprozesse in die Serienproduktion.
• Bereitstellung von Ausrüstung und Infrastruktur für neue Produktvorstellungen.
• Teilnummernpflege und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen bei Änderungen.
• Durchführung geplanter vorbeugender Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplänen.

• Monitor equipment performance during production and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including parameter fine-tuning, mechanical adjustments, and part replacement, to minimize downtime.
• Provide hands‑on technical support to production teams during equipment‑related issues.
• Document and track equipment problems and support corrective actions.
• Communicate equipment issues to engineers and actively contribute to root cause analysis and performance improvements.
• Proactively collaborate with engineers on equipment adjustments, trials, and data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support pilot runs and assist in the introduction of new or adapted manufacturing processes into serial production.
• Support equipment and infrastructure readiness for new product introductions.
• Maintain part numbers and update work instructions related to equipment and process changes.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to maintenance plans.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or technical education in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or a comparable field.
• Initial professional experience in production, equipment support, automation, or a technical service environment is an advantage.
• Strong hands‑on mindset with a high affinity for equipment, electronics, and production technology.
• Ability to systematically analyze technical issues and support practical solutions on the shop floor.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with Visio is a plus.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑conscientious working style.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers, production teams, and external partners.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and applications.
• Good command of English for daily communication in a production environment. German knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with new product introduction activities or production validation testing is a plus.
