Job summary

KLEINER GmbH is seeking a Production Assistant Metal Processing (Part-time 50%) in Pforzheim. You will mark tool components, inspect markings, and assist with stamping parts on a small press after training. You will perform visual and dimensional checks and report any deviations.

The role requires a metalworking background, good German language skills, and a basic ability to read drawings with measuring instruments. Flexible hours and career training are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must have metalworking experience or background in a metalworking company.
• Good German spoken and written for work instructions and safety briefings.
• Completed vocational training in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Experience with presses or stamping part production is advantageous.
• Basic ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments is desirable.

Responsibilities

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT METAL PROCESSING (M/F/D) - Part-time (50%)

YOUR TASKS:

• Marking of tool components according to drawing or specifications using the marking device
• Checking the markings for completeness and legibility, as well as assigning and providing the parts for toolmaking.
• Manufacturing stamped parts on a smaller press according to order and specifications (after instruction)
• Performing visual and dimensional checks using common measuring instruments (e.g. calipers)
• Report deviations, malfunctions and tool wear to superiors.
• Compliance with occupational safety and quality standards, as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Support with other tasks in production and toolmaking as needed

YOUR PROFILE:

• Professional experience in a metalworking company
• Good German skills, both spoken and written, e.g. for work instructions and safety briefings.
• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a machine and plant operator, metalworking specialist or toolmaker, is an advantage.
• Experience with presses or in stamping part production is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments is desirable.
• Careful, reliable and independent work ethic, as well as enjoyment of teamwork.
