Siemens Energy in Berlin is seeking a Product Quality Transformer (f/m/d) to support and train Grid Technologies’ global transformer factories in non-conformity management, applying 8D, FMEA, APQP and risk assessment to drive continuous improvement.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, purchasing, production and service to achieve Zero‑Failure quality goals and coach sites in root‑cause analysis and project management.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical field or several years of comparable experience.
• Experience in project management for customers and regions with open communication.
• Expertise in APQP, 8D, FMEA, and risk management.
• Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities.
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel.

Product Quality Transformer (f/m/d) – Interface Partnermanagement

Location: Berlin

Overview

In this role, you will support and train Grid Technologies’ global transformer factories and regions in Non‑Conformity Management, applying reactive and preventive quality methods such as FMEA, Quality Planning, Risk Assessment, and 8D. You will coach sites and project partners in root‑cause analysis using 5Why, Failure Tree, and Ishikawa techniques, and coordinate key issues as project manager in cross‑functional teams.

You will conduct 8Ds and process deep dives, collaborate with the global QM network and business leaders—project management, engineering, purchasing, production, service—at plant and business area levels to achieve quality business goals and foster a Zero‑Failure Culture.

• Expertise in reactive and preventive quality methods such as APQP, 8D, FMEA, and risk management.
• Strong data analytics skills, professional visualization, presentation ability, and the capacity to quickly understand and optimize complex processes.
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel.
• Very good written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
