Responsibilities
  • Lead the product vision and strategy for our recruiting software solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and product backlog items
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of features
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Facilitate sprint planning review and retrospective meetings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries from internal teams and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruiting technology and HR processes
  • Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback to improve product functionality and user experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years of experience in product management or recruiting
  • Proven experience with agile product development methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
  • Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition processes
  • Proficiency in project management and product backlog management
  • Excellent skills in user story creation and prioritization
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of the HR technology landscape
  • Understanding of labor markets and hiring trends
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
