Requirements

• Currently enrolled in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in product management, software development, and digital products
• Structured and reliable working style with good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with different teams
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• First exposure to agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban (nice-to-have)
• Initial experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar (nice-to-have)
• Interest in AI-supported workflows, sustainability, or energy-related topics (nice-to-have)
• German language skills are a plus (nice-to-have)
