Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner (AEM Delivery) to lead enterprise Adobe Experience Manager projects from a remote setting, primarily supporting US and Canada clients with core hours aligned to Central Time. You will bridge clients, engineers, QA, PMs, and product teams to translate complex business needs into practical digital experiences.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner (AEM Delivery) based in Germany.

Lead product ownership and Agile delivery for enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) engagements.
You’ll serve as the key connection between clients, engineers, QA specialists, project managers, and product teams.
Your AEM expertise will help translate complex business needs into practical, high-quality digital experience solutions.
You’ll manage priorities, requirements, and backlogs while keeping multidisciplinary teams aligned on delivery goals.
The role combines hands-on consulting, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and deep knowledge of content and web experience.
You’ll also help identify implementation gaps, develop solution options, and guide teams through complex delivery challenges.
This is a remote consulting opportunity supporting clients across the United States and Canada, with core collaboration hours aligned to Central Time.

Accountabilities

• Act as the lead Product Owner for enterprise AEM projects, aligning client objectives, product priorities, and delivery activities.
• Serve as a trusted client-facing consultant and ambassador, delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Apply deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and implementation best practices to guide technical and functional delivery.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise across content management and web experience domains.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, QA specialists, project managers, and product management to coordinate incremental, high-quality solutions.
• Analyze complex project issues, identify gaps and potential solution options, and facilitate their presentation, discussion, and review with clients.
• Review, clarify, and elaborate business and technical requirements to ensure teams have clear and actionable delivery direction.
• Lead backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and Agile delivery activities across project teams.
• Support requirements development for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations.
• Mentor and guide team members, from onboarding through complex implementation and delivery challenges.
• Establish, capture, and share project knowledge, best practices, and standardized methodologies across teams.
• Help continuously improve delivery processes, collaboration practices, and implementation quality.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience working with web technologies and/or enterprise content management systems.
• 3+ years of direct client-facing consulting experience.
• Previous experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, combined with experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), enterprise software implementation, and content and web experience solutions.
• Familiarity with productized APIs, SaaS, service-oriented architecture (SOA), cloud services, and content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and elaborating complex business and technical requirements.
• Experience defining requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop practical solution options.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, particularly in client-facing environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, project management, product, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of user experience design and UI development is a plus.
• Development or product testing experience is advantageous.
• AEM Business Practitioner certification is preferred.
