A leading mobile solutions company is looking for a Product Owner to manage a customer-facing solution area. The role includes defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and satisfaction. Candidates should have extensive experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS environment, along with strong communication and customer empathy skills. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Germany or on-site in Munich.
We’re looking for aProduct Ownerto join our growing product organization and take end-to-end ownership of a specific customer-facing solution area within magicplan. You’ll combine hands-on product management with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring we deliver features that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll define the solution roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and lead discovery through close customer research. You’ll report directly to the CPO and partner closely with one designer, engineers, and marketing to bring impactful solutions to life.
Location:Remote-first. Work from anywhere in Germany, or join us from our office in Munich.
Own a Solution Area: Define the roadmap, prioritize features, and manage delivery end-to-end.
Lead Customer Discovery: Engage directly with customers to uncover needs, validate ideas, and inform product decisions.
Drive Execution: Run backlog grooming and sprint planning with your pod (1 designer, and engineers).
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure smooth delivery and successful go-to-market.
Align with Strategy: Connect your solution work to the broader company and platform vision.
Measure & Improve: Track adoption, retention, and NPS to guide iteration and demonstrate impact.

5+ years of product management experience in SaaS and mobile products.
Strong track record of owning a product area and shipping impactful features.
Solid technical literacy and a strong appreciation for design/UX.
Excellent customer empathy and business acumen.
Experience leading user research and customer discovery.
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making; SQL/BI skills are a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Experience in the restoration and claims industry.
Exposure to B2B SaaS go-to-market motions.
