Onventis GmbH is seeking a Product Owner Platform to own and drive the development of our cloud platform. You will translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a value-driven development process.

You will shape the Platform roadmap, gather customer requirements, and translate them into actionable work items. You will track progress to stay aligned with the product vision and deliver maximum value.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 3 years experience in agile software development teams.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and architectures.
• Background in software development or technical product environments.
• Ability to analyse requirements, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Collaborative team player with ownership mindset.

Your Role at a Glance

As our Product Owner Platform, you will own and drive the development of our platform by translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient and value-driven product development process.
You will:

• Set priorities and help shape the Platform roadmap
• Gather requirements from customers and share them with the Product team
• Define,prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Elaborating, managing, and prioritizing the Onventis Platform product backlog
• Translating the Onventis Platform goals into work items for development
• Learning the market and customer needs

Your Experience and Skills

We are looking for someone who brings:

Must-have’s:

• At least 3 years of experience working within agile software development teams
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, architectures
• Background in software development or technical product environments
• Ability to analyse requirements,derive insights and make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• You collaborate effectively with the team
• You think like a product owner, understand what makes SaaS products successful, and take ownership of your product

Nice-to-have’s:

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and network communication concepts
• Experience with international software products or platform-based solutions
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into daily work
