We are looking for an inspired, motivated, product-focused Product Marketing Manager with a sound understanding of financial markets and, specifically, the Private Markets area of the asset management industry. You will be knowledgeable in areas such as Infrastructure Debt / Equity, Private Credit, Private Equity, and use your experience to produce product marketing materials for our institutional funds and strategies and help to position our private markets platform. The role will involve working alongside our Investment, Distribution and Compliance teams across the globe. You will be characterized by strong ambition, with a tendency to be highly motivated and focused on reaching goals. You will also be a strong team player and enjoy the dynamics of working within a global team.

This role is based in our Frankfurt office.

What you will do

• Create marketing materials across the Private Markets range, including product-specific content
• Develop and define product narratives in collaboration with Investment and Distribution teams
• Write and edit content aligned with product storylines and strategic goals
• Simplify complex financial and technical messages using clear, accessible language
• Translate intricate copy into visual elements such as graphics and charts
• Manage the production process for Portfolio Manager videos
• Ensure compliance of all marketing materials with Legal & Compliance standards for relevant audiences and regions
• Update and review existing product marketing materials for accuracy and relevance
• Participate in product launch and campaign planning meetings
• Follow Allianz Global Investors’ processes and policies for client communications
• Support project-related tasks as needed.

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the asset management industry, particularly in mutual funds, with a strong interest in global financial markets and trends
• Hands‑on experience in crafting product marketing materials, including writing, designing, and editing content
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with Seismic is a plus
• Native or proficient German speaker with strong English language skills
• Keen eye for design and creative ability
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Focused on delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
