JustMarkets is seeking a Product Manager for the Trading Growth direction to own the client-facing trading experience across Web and Mobile platforms, shaping intuitive interfaces and driving features that scale key metrics.

You will collaborate with Directors of CEX, Web3 and Cross-Asset Services; write PRDs for features from an order ticket UI to CopyTrading discovery; conduct CustDev testing with retail traders to reduce friction and improve conversion, and partner with Marketing and Trading

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of PM experience in B2C FinTech/crypto trading platforms.
• Deep understanding of retail trader psychology and mobile-first UX.
• Experience launching social trading (CopyTrading), or algorithmic trading features.
• Knowledge of CEX/DEX, Web3 wallets, and cross-chain mechanics.
• Strong analytics, A/B testing and CRO for trading funnels.
• Trader empathy and ability to design under high-stress conditions.
• Ability to synthesize TradFi, CeFi and DeFi trends into a product strategy.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Web, Mobile and Web3 squads.

We're looking for a user-centric and impact-driven Product Manager for our Trading Growth direction. You'll own the client-facing trading experience across our Web and Mobile platforms - shaping intuitive, engaging interfaces and driving the features that scale key product metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Trading Growth direction, collaborating closely with Directors of CEX, Web3, and Cross-Asset Services
• Write detailed PRDs for user-facing features, from a new order ticket UI to complex CopyTrading discovery algorithms
• Conduct continuous CustDev and usability testing with retail traders to identify friction points in the terminals
• Partner with Product Marketing and Trading Academy teams to launch educational initiatives directly integrated into the trading experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2C FinTech, Crypto Exchanges, Trading Platforms, or Neo-banking
• Deep understanding of retail trader psychology, UX/UI principles for complex dashboards, and mobile-first trading experiences
• Experience launching and scaling Social Trading (CopyTrading), algorithmic trading bots, or staking/yield products
• Solid grasp of the crypto landscape: differences between CEX and DEX, Web3 wallets, and cross-chain mechanics
• Strong expertise in product analytics, A/B testing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specifically for trading funnels
• Trader Empathy: You deeply understand the emotional rollercoaster of trading and know how to design interfaces that support users in high-stress moments
• Visionary Thinking: Ability to synthesize trends from traditional finance (TradFi), crypto (CeFi), and Web3 (DeFi) into a cohesive product strategy
• Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to align multiple Engineering Managers across Web, Mobile, and Web3 squads

Will be a plus

• Personal experience as an active retail trader in CFDs, or Crypto
• Previous experience migrating users from legacy platforms (like MT4/MT5) to proprietary trading terminals
