You will help us to continue building Germany´s first regulated trading venue for digital assets.

Bitcoin has disrupted the conventional banking and Stock exchange business and generated billions in value in the shortest possible time. The underlying blockchain technology is revolutionizing the handling of assets along the value chain of the financial world.

Your job will be to accompany other professionals setting high standards in transparency and security and offer a reliable framework for trading.

You will:

• Develop the product vision and strategy together with managing directors;
• Take full responsiblility for the implementation of the product roadmap;
• Be responsible for all mobile and desktop B2C products;
• Develop features with a "wow factor" that differentiate the company from competitors and that users will love;
• Use a variety of research methods (user interviews, surveys, competitor analyzes, ...)to understand the needs of users with the help of your team;
• Work with various stakeholders (e.g. law and compliance) to ensure a smooth product development and launch process;
• Recruit and lead a small but growing product team;
• Have an eye on market developments and use this knowledge for the product strategy.

You bring:

• Experience in product development of digital B2C products, both mobile and web-based;
• Relevant professional experience in the fintech / insurtech industry or in another highly regulated industry;
• Expertise to select clean design and know how to develop intuitive and smooth customer experiences;
• Analitycal skill, and ability to understand dependency paths and how to master an agile development cycle;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and know-how to coordinate with stakeholders from different areas;
• Proven skill in building and developing product teams;
• Experience of working in a "remote setup".
