DKV Mobility seeks a Product Manager Toll (gn) to drive the tolling product portfolio through its lifecycle and ensure efficient operations across internal departments and the sales organization.

You will identify new markets and launch products internationally, working with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and pricing. The role offers a hybrid work model with modern offices in Ratingen.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of market, competitor and potential analyses.
• Experience developing, prioritizing, and managing product roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Manage tolling product portfolio through entire lifecycle and ensure operations with internal departments and sales.
• Identify and develop new markets and launch products internationally; define go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; develop pricing and customer terms with Sales.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver projects as Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager with internal and external partners.
• Prepare business cases, profitability calculations, and cost-benefit analyses for products and areas.
• Manage budgets and investments in line with department and business unit management.
• Support tolling product planning activities including budgeting, mid-term planning, and seasonality forecasting.
• Create reports and contribute to market reports for suppliers and service areas.

As part of or team,yo will take on the following responsibilities:

• Yo manage the tolling prodct portfolio throghot the entire prodct lifecycle and ensre the operational management of prodcts in close collaboration with internal departments and the sales organization.
• Yo identify and develop new markets and lanch prodcts internationally, working closely with Sales and Marketing to define and implement go-to-market strategies and sales concepts.
• Yo monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities while developing pricing strategies and cstomer conditions together with Sales.
• Yo plan, coordinate, and deliver projects as a Project Manager or Sb-Project Manager in collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consltants.
• Yo prepare bsiness cases, profitability calclations, and cost-benefit analyses for individal service prodcts and bsiness areas.
• Yo take responsibility for bdgets and investments in close alignment with department and bsiness nit management.
• Yo spport key planning activities for tolling prodcts, inclding bdgeting, mid-term planning, and seasonality forecasting.
• Yo create reports and contribte to the preparation of market reports for sppliers and service areas.
• Yo acqire and manage spplier relationships across Erope and provide prodct training to sales teams.
• Yo spport Sales in managing key accont cstomers, negotiate contracts and commercial conditions with sppliers, and work closely with Legal on contract development and review.
• Yo handle spplier-related complaints within Cstomer Care and contribte to special projects and cross-fnctional topics beyond the core portfolio.

What makes yo stand ot

• Yo have sccessflly completed a degree in Bsiness Administration, Economics, Indstrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable qalification.
• Yo bring initial experience in Prodct Management, Project Management, or Bsiness Development.
• Yo have strong knowledge of condcting market, competitor, and potential analyses.
• Yo have experience in developing, prioritizing, and managing prodct roadmaps.
• Ideally, yo have solid knowledge of the Eropean tolling market, particlarly in the areas of EETS, Toll Chargers, Toll Operators, and interoperability.
• Yo have a good technical nderstanding of IT systems, processes, and interfaces. Experience with Microsoft applications and SAP is an advantage.
• Yo have experience working with international partners, sppliers, and service providers.
• Yo are flent in German and/or English, both written and spoken, and are confident in negotiations.
• Additional Eropean langages, particlarly Polish, Romanian, or French, are a pls. Ideally, yo are proficient in these langages at a native-speaker level.
