PRODUCT MANAGER (m / f / d) PATIENT ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities
- Product management to innovate workflows in the patient administration
- Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
- Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBUs
- Sales & services support
- Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
- Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams
- PO role in the agile R&D team
- Product related documentation (manuals, release notes, etc.)
- Management of requirements according to process across multiple R&D teams
- Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
- Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services and management
- Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Motivate, guide and support your peers throughout the organization
What you bring along
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Management or an equivalent qualification with practical experience in managing patient workflows
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry in the areas of product management, R&D, service or customer support
- Alternatively 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a hospital environment with a strong affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of patient administration
- Market knowledge in the hospital/healthcare domain, especially in administrative processes
- Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for customers
- Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
- Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
- Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude
