PRODUCT MANAGER (m / f / d) PATIENT ADMINISTRATION

Responsibilities

• Product management to innovate workflows in the patient administration
• Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
• Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBUs
• Sales & services support
• Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
• Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams
• PO role in the agile R&D team
• Product related documentation (manuals, release notes, etc.)
• Management of requirements according to process across multiple R&D teams
• Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
• Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services and management
• Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Motivate, guide and support your peers throughout the organization

What you bring along

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Management or an equivalent qualification with practical experience in managing patient workflows
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry in the areas of product management, R&D, service or customer support
• Alternatively 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a hospital environment with a strong affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of patient administration
• Market knowledge in the hospital/healthcare domain, especially in administrative processes
• Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for customers
• Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
• Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
• Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude
