We are looking for you, located in Bonn, Trier or 100% remote in Germany as a
PRODUCT MANAGER (m / f / d) PATIENT ADMINISTRATION
Your tasks :
- Product management to innovate workflows in the patient administration
- Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
- Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
- Sales & services support
- Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
- Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end‑users, UX designers and development teams
- PO role in the agile R&D team
- Product related documentation (manuals, release notes etc.)
- Management of requirements according to process across multiple R&D teams
- Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
- Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management
- Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization
You bring along :
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Management or an equivalent qualification with practical experience in managing patient workflows
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the software industry in the areas of product management, R&D, service, or customer support
- Alternatively, 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a hospital environment (clinic, healthcare institution, or medical care centre) with a strong affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of patient administration
- Market knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, especially in administrative processes
- Self‑motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
- Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
- Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
- Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English
- Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
- Self‑management skills and self‑starter attitude
