Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of internal platforms and tools used by operational teams. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through scaling, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience developing internal products, platforms, or employee-facing tools (Internal Products / Internal Platforms).
• Experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery and requirements definition to launch, adoption, and scaling.
• Experience working closely with operations, distributed teams, or field teams.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to make data-informed product decisions.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, with confidence communicating in an international environment.
