Excelitas Technologies Corp. is seeking a Product Manager in Germany to own the Optical Components portfolio and drive its strategic development.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from development and market introduction to series production and phase-out, while collaborating with sales, tech and business teams. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in product management, and fluency in English and German.

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Business qualifications or commercial experience is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and business principles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full product lifecycle from development to phase-out.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product development and market introduction through series production to product phase-out
• Take ownership of the Optical Components product family and drive its strategic development
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize the profitability of your product portfolio
• Develop and implement product strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Prepare and maintain customer-facing quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation
• Support new product launches as well as product modifications and end-of-life activities
• Act as a key interface between technology, sales, and business functions to ensure successful product management

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Additional business qualifications or demonstrated commercial experience are considered a strong advantage
• At least three years of professional experience in product management or within an industrial technology environment
• Strong understanding of both technical concepts and business principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions and cultures
• Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
