Qualifications

• Умение управлять стейкхолдерами и работать hands-on.
• Опыт UX/UI дизайна и прототипирования (Figma).
• Заинтересованность в AI и инструментах анализа пользовательского поведения.

Responsibilities

• Владение дорожной картой iOS, Android и смарт-часов; формирование road map.
• Преобразование исследований пользователей в истории пользователей и приоритетный бэклог.
• Анализ поведения пользователей, KPI и отзывов; формулирование гипотез.
• Фокус на DAU/MAU, удержание, отток и активацию, A/B тестирование.
• Разработка эффективной мобильной UX/рабочих потоков на всех платформах; прототипирование с использованием AI.
• Тестирование новых функций, поддержка QA и взаимодействие с поддержкой клиентов.

As (Senior) Product Manager, Mobile (f/m/x), you’ll join our product management team—which is currently growing to a team of four—and report directly to the Team Lead Product Management.

Задачи:

• Own the iOS, Android, and smartwatch apps, including the roadmap
• Translate user research and customer interviews into user stories and a prioritized backlog
• Analyze user behavior, KPIs, and user feedback; derive and validate hypotheses
• Focus on DAU/MAU, retention, churn, and activation; use A/B testing as a growth driver
• Design efficient workflows and deliver an outstanding mobile experience across all three platforms, using AI tools for rapid prototyping and UI generation
• Test new features hands-on, support QA and work closely with our customer support team

Требования:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with quick execution, shifting priorities and real room to shape the product
• A data-driven approach: you base decisions on app KPIs, user feedback and analytics
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a hands-on mentality
• First experience with UX/UI design (Figma) and prototyping
• Curiosity about AI and, ideally, experience with tools like Hotjar, Miro, Mixpanel and Jira
• Fluent English
