Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our 2027 APM cohort across Amsterdam, Berlin, and Belgrade. You will work on building platform features, manage projects end-to-end, and learn how our data and AI platform scales with strong quality and security controls.

You will graduate between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027 with a CS or related engineering degree and have experience with SQL and/or Python, plus the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Ability to leverage analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will join a team that works diligently to understand and solve our customers' most challenging problems. What we look for:

• You will graduate between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027 with a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related engineering practice
• You have some experience with SQL and/or Python
• You can leverage analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)
• You are able to make complex topics simple and clearly communicate nuance to stakeholders (engineers, customers, field, etc.) in both written and verbal form
• You are excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team
