Job summary

ALPHA PLAN in Radeberg entwickelt High-Tech-Lösungen im Bereich Filtration. Als Product Manager arbeiten Sie an Produktstrategien, akquirieren Kunden im Bereich Einzelgebrauch Filtration und pflegen Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen.

Sie gestalten das Produktportfolio mit, analysieren Markttrends und arbeiten eng mit Engineering und Marketing zusammen. Sie erstellen Produktinformationen, präsentieren Produkte auf Messen und Reisen sind gelegentlich vorgesehen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Biotechnologie oder Industrieingenieurwesen.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, Business Development oder technischer Vertrieb.
• Begeisterung für innovative Technologien und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Reisebereitschaft zu Kundenterminen, Messen und Partnerschaften.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien
• Kundenakquise im Bereich Einzelgebrauch Filtration, Aufbau von Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen
• Wartung und Erweiterung des Produktportfolios
• Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Marketing
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Vertriebspartner bei produktbezogenen Fragen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Produktinformationen, Dokumentationen und Marketingmaterialien
• Präsentation unserer Produkte vor Kunden und auf Messen

Your assignment with us:

• Development and Implementation of Product Strategies
• Customer acquisition in the single-use filtration products sector, including the development and maintenance of
• Customer and Partner Relationships
• Maintenance and Expansion of the Product Portfolio
• Analysis of Market, Customer, and Competitive Trends
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as Engineering and Marketing
• Point of contact for customers and sales partners regarding product-specific questions
• Creation and maintenance of product information, documentation, and marketing materials
• Presenting our products to customers and at trade shows and events

And what you need to bring with you:

• A successfully completed technical degree (e.g., medical technology, biotechnology, industrial engineering) with knowledge of business administration
• Initial professional experience in product management, business development, technical sales, or a similar field
• A passion for innovative technologies and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with interdisciplinary teams
• A high degree of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
