ePages is seeking a proactive product manager to drive the ongoing development of our cloud-driven online shop platform used by tens of thousands of merchants across Europe. You will work in a seasoned team, collaborating with other product managers and UX designers to shape the product roadmap and deliver real value for retailers.

You will translate needs into clear requirements, prioritize tasks under pressure, and coordinate with partners, customers and internal stakeholders.

• Drive development of the ePages e-commerce platform to create real value for merchants.
• Develop and prioritize partner integrations and ensure requirements are feasible.

• Coordinate with partners, customers and internal stakeholders such as support, sales and marketing.
• Explore how AI can enhance the platform for merchants and extract actionable insights.

Your mission

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the further development of our established e-commerce platform, which is used daily by tens of thousands of merchants across Europe. You will work in a well-established and experienced team characterized by collegial and respectful collaboration. Together, you will develop the platform so that our merchants can successfully lead their shops into the future. As part of our product management team, you will also work closely with other product managers and UX designers, shaping the further development of our product portfolio.

• You will drive the development of our e-commerce platform and ensure that new features and optimizations create real added value for our merchants.
• You will be responsible for the further development of our diverse partner integrations and prioritize requirements and requests clearly and systematically.
• You will work closely with your experienced development team and ensure that requirements are understandable, realistic, and feasible.
• You evaluate user feedback, support requests, partner requirements, and data to make informed and pragmatic decisions.
• You coordinate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders such as support, sales, marketing, and application management.
• You prioritize clearly—even under high demand—and ensure your team can work with focus.
• You work in a solution-oriented and structured manner, with a keen understanding of our merchants' needs.
• You explore what will make merchants successful in the future and the role AI can play in e-commerce—and derive meaningful insights for the platform's further development.

Your profile

• You have experience in e-commerce and understand the needs and challenges of retailers.
• You possess strong technical skills and can clearly define requirements for platform functions and integrations.
• You work reliably and systematically, and you enjoy making clear decisions—even when multiple tasks are pending simultaneously.
• You are proactive, recognize early on which tasks should be prioritized, and drive projects forward independently.
• You are open to modern technologies and use AI tools to make your work more efficient and gain new perspectives.
• You have a keen sense of user needs and want to develop products that offer real added value in everyday life.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully and enjoy collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent German Language Skills Are Required.
