In this role, you will help shape a fast-growing Martech product used by global customers, driving innovation across AI-powered customer experience and marketing workflows. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver features that impact millions of users. Accountabilities
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives based on user insights, data, market trends, and business impact.
  • Own the release process and coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Analyze product performance using key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Translate complex problems into clear, actionable product requirements and decisions.
  • Inspire and guide teams by fostering collaboration, clarity, and customer-centric thinking.
Qualifications
