Today, we are one of Europe’s leading providers of market data and financial software, helping professionals navigate markets with confidence and speed

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Regulatory Solutions to build, develop and grow our regulatory solutions portfolio. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of your products — from identifying market opportunities and defining the product vision and requirements through development, launch, client adoption and commercial success.

Our regulatory solutions help banks, asset managers, insurers and issuers meet their financial disclosure and regulatory obligations. The portfolio includes regulatory documents and services such as pre-contractual disclosures, PRIIPs KIDs, AVDepot PIBs, UK and CCI KIDs, as well as the underlying calculation engine, methodologies and supporting components.

These products operate at the intersection of financial regulation, quantitative methodologies and technology. They must be mathematically robust, technically reliable, regulatory-compliant and, ultimately, valuable and intuitive for clients.

You will be at the center of a small team of experts, working closely with quantitative specialists who develop the methodologies, developers who build the solutions, sales colleagues who bring them to market, and clients who depend on them in their daily workflows.

This is an opportunity to shape new products from the ground up and own them end to end, while developing deep expertise at the intersection of financial regulation, quantitative finance and technology.

What you will do
  • Own the product lifecycle end to end, from product vision, roadmap and development through to launch, client adoption and commercial success.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop new regulatory products and services from concept to launch.
  • Translate regulatory requirements, financial concepts and quantitative methodologies into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and development priorities.
  • Work closely with quant experts and developers on calculation engines, methodologies, solution design, testing and delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and workflows and translate insights into product improvements and new capabilities.
  • Support sales and business development through product expertise, demos, client presentations, tenders and solution discussions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and product performance, using client adoption, usage, quality and commercial metrics to inform the roadmap.
  • Drive continuous improvements in product quality, scalability, reliability, automation and user experience.
  • Support client onboarding, implementation projects and the successful adoption of new regulatory solutions.
  • Act as a key internal subject-matter expert on the products, connecting regulation, quantitative methodology, technology and client needs.
Who you are
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline
  • Career starters are welcome. Experience in product management, business analysis, fintech or financial services is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • You have a strong understanding of valuation, risk analytics, capital markets and financial instruments, ideally including fixed income, derivatives, OTC and structured products
  • You are interested in financial regulation and enjoy getting to grips with complex regulatory texts and methodologies, such as PRIIPs and the associated calculation methodologies
  • You have a strong ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks, and approach problems proactively and pragmatically
  • You are able to translate complex topics into clear and actionable requirements, whether you are speaking with quantitative experts, developers, sales colleagues or clients
  • You are client-oriented and enjoy working in cross-functional, expert teams
  • You work in a structured, precise and analytical way, with a strong attention to detail
  • You are comfortable working at the intersection of business requirements, quantitative concepts, regulation and technology
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
Our offer
  • Health & wellness: Benefit from wellbeing initiatives tailored to local needs, including access to an employee assistance programme that provides confidential support to employees and their families.
  • Holiday: Enjoy competitive holiday entitlement aligned with local markets, so you can rest and recharge.
  • Pension: Plan for your long-term financial wellbeing through our pension scheme, supported by employer contributions.
  • Remote work: Enjoy the opportunity to work two days a week from home, with flexible working hours where possible. You may also request to work up to four weeks per year from a different location.
  • Learning & development: Support your career progression with access to learning resources, ongoing conversations with your manager, and opportunities to share the knowledge you gain with your team.
  • Culture & impact: Be part of an international team with a startup mindset and play a key role in making a meaningful impact.
  • Our offices: Work from Europe’s leading financial centres and be at the heart of where finance happens.
