As a product manager (all genders) at SYNAOS, you inspire your product team with your vision! You know which problem needs to be tackled next in order to develop a product that our customers and users will love and that will drive our business forward.

Your mission

• You will lead your team based on our product strategy and your in-depth knowledge of the industry, the market and our competitors
• You have a clear understanding of customer needs and the daily challenges our users face
• You ensure that the right solutions are implemented by focusing on measurable product results.
• You maximise the effectiveness of our product development by coordinating priorities with other product teams.
• You ensure the success of upcoming projects by providing excellent support to external and internal stakeholders.

Your profile

• You already have professional experience in product management.
• Ideally, you bring knowhow in the field Production and Logistics
• You can quickly familiarise yourself with technical problems.
• You are results-oriented and focused.
• You demonstrate a strong team spirit.
• You impress with your excellent communication skills.
• You are business fluent in German and English.
