Job summary

BJAK is seeking a Product Manager to own areas within its AI Neobank app. You will define problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps while collaborating with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams to ship customer-friendly financial features.

We value a data-driven, ownership-minded builder who can move quickly, learn from post-launch feedback, and balance user experience with regulatory and business needs. Remote role for Germany-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Able to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback and experiments.
• Strong writing, prioritization and stakeholder management.
• High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
