You will work with the CEO, Director of Product, and senior management to translate vision into MVPs and iterative releases, balancing revenue and customer value.

You will own the product-level P&L, collaborate across engineering, compliance, marketing, and customer success, and engage with banks to translate needs into scalable product

Qualifikationen

What you will do

• Work closely with the CEO, Director of Product, and senior ma nagement to define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Banfico’s suite of products— w ith a primary, dedicated focus on our Account Ver i f i cation solutions , while ma intaining strategic o ver sight to adapt, expand, or rotate across our broader Open Banking and Open Finance portfolio as business priorities evolve.
  
• Translate the product strategy and roadmap into clear, prioritised MVPs and iterative product releases.
  
• Conduct ma rket, customer, regulatory, and competitor research to identify emerging trends and ensure Banfico’s products remain competitive and aligned with industry requirements.
  
• Own the product-level P&L, driving revenue growth, cost optimisation, pricing, and o ver all product profitability.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of the product s domain by working closely with internal teams, banking clients, partners, and subject ma tter experts.
  
• Analyse existing Banfico products, customer journeys, and workflows to identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, and new business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define, refine, and ma intain core product artifacts—including product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications—to drive effective execution throughout the development lifecycle.
  
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Compliance, Customer Success, Ma rketing, Business Development and other stakeholders to ensure the successful deli ver y of product initiatives.
  
• Engage with existing and prospective banking customers to disco ver their business needs, validate product concepts, and translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions.

Requirements

• 5 + years of Product Ma nagement experience within B2B FinTech or RegTech . Strong expertise in Account Ver i f i cation, Frau d M a nagement, or Pay men t s solutions is strongly preferred, with additional experience in Open Banking and Open Finance considered a distinct plus .
  
• Proven experience ma ning product development in Agile environments, with a strong focus on MVP and iterative deli ver y.
  
• Experience with proper product disco ver y to ensure buil t products are valuable, usable, feasible and viable .
  
• Strong customer and stakeholder ma nagement skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  
• Excellent analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
