GROPYUS sucht einen Product Manager für unsere Production Platform in Richen. Sie treiben digitalisierte Lösungen an, verbinden Fertigungsanlagen, Produktionssysteme und Betriebsdaten zu einem skalierbaren Ökosystem und arbeiten eng mit Softwareentwicklern sowie Fachleuten aus der Produktion zusammen.

Sie definieren Produkte und Services für Kontrolle, Validierung und Simulation in Design- und Serienbetriebsphasen, übersetzen Fabrikbedürfnisse in Produktlösungen und verbessern Transparenz,

Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in B2B/industrieller Technik/Produktion.
• Erfahrung mit Softwareprodukten und technischen Systemen in Fertigung bzw. Automatisierung.
• Nachweis erfolgreicher Digital-Produktinitiativen im bereichischer Zusammenarbeit.

• Ganzheitliche Produktentwicklung von Entdeckung bis Lieferung/Iterationen mit Fokus auf Prozessgestaltung.
• Forderungen in klare Produkt-Roadmaps und Anforderungen übersetzen.
• Ausrichtung von Produktzielen auf Geschäftsziele, Effizienz und Kundenbedürfnisse.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Design und Stakeholdern zur Umsetzung
• Daten und User-Feedback nutzen, Lösungen validieren und Produkte verbessern
• Dokumentation und Stakeholder-Kommunikation transparent gestalten
• Prozesse dokumentieren oder deren Dokumentation unterstützen

About the Role

As a Product Manager for our Production Platform you will drive digital solutions that connect manufacturing equipment, production systems, and operational data into a scalable and reliable production ecosystem. You will work with software engineers and manufacturing/automation experts to define products and services that support production control, validation and simulation services in the design and series operation phases of manufacturing as well as solutions for maintaining proper operational transparency. By translating factory needs into product solutions, you will help improve how manufacturing capabilities are integrated, monitored, and continuously optimized across our production environment.

ON-SITE COLLABORATION

Regular on-site work at our Richen production plant is expected. You will work closely with software developers, automation engineers, industrial engineers, and production stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment, discover opportunities, validate solutions, and support successful product adoption.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery through delivery and iteration with a focus on process creation and improvement, scoping manufacturing system integration, operational data availability, and simulation of manufacturing processes / production capabilities
• Translate business needs into clear product roadmaps, and actionable requirements
• Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives, operational efficiency, and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build and launch high-impact solutions
• Use data and user feedback to inform decisions, validate solutions, and continuously improve products
• Drive transparency and alignment through clear documentation and stakeholder communication
• Focus on documenting processes or support their documentation
• Identify opportunities to optimize product performance
• Develop a deep understanding of production processes, machine capabilities, operational workflows, and constraints
• Collaborate with production teams to align product decisions with factory realities
• Support efforts in product standardization, complexity reduction, and cost optimization

What You Bring

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B, industrial technology, manufacturing, automation, or platform environments.
• Experience working with software products and technical systems in manufacturing, automation, industrial data, simulation, machine integration, or related technology domains.
• Proven success in driving digital product initiatives and delivering outcomes in cross-functional environments involving engineering, software development, and operational stakeholders.
• Experience translating operational challenges and business needs into product roadmaps, requirements, and resulting scalable solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Equivalent professional experience combined with a strong track record in Product Management will also be considered.

Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, strong collaboration and the ability to align diverse stakeholders
• Ability to understand technical systems and translate complexity into clear product decisions and priorities.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
• Skills in Product Brief writing, process mapping and in management of roadmaps
• Working with AI tools (Artificial Intelligence) to improve productivity in daily work
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
