Zusammenfassung

Peec AI in Berlin seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for core features, collaborating with Data, Engineering, Sales and Growth teams to design, develop and launch high-quality products.

You will conduct market research, define success metrics with leadership, and use the product daily to understand user experience and identify improvements, driving onboarding, activation, adoption and retention in a fast-growing AI startup.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience working in PLG environments, including onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Appreciation for beautifully designed, intuitive products, with an eye for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, or search technologies.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to go from high-level vision to detailed execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplines.
• Passion for understanding users and solving real problems through product innovation.

What we’re looking for
