USU Solutions DACH is seeking a Product Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and business success of our SaaS management product. You will drive market positioning, customer value, and ARR contribution while guiding the transition of existing customers to the new product and aligning global teams.

You will define AI approaches, enable data-driven decisions, and lead with minimal formal authority to drive cross-team execution.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Solid background in SaaS management, software asset or IT asset management.
• Proven responsibility for ARR-related products or portfolios.
• Professional-level proficiency in German and English.
• Experience in scaled agile environments.

USU is investing heavily in SaaS management. Our new product is clearly gaining momentum among enterprise customers, and the market is moving in our direction. As part of this, we’re looking for a Product Lead who will take full responsibility for this product and help shape its future. You’ll join more than 650 great colleagues across 10 locations in many countries, all of whom are looking forward to setting new standards in IT management alongside you.

As Product Lead, you’ll assume the highest level of technical responsibility for the strategy, roadmap, and business success of our SaaS management product at USU—with a focus on market positioning, customer value, and measurable ARR contribution. You’ll manage the transition of our existing customers to the new product, bridge functional gaps, and establish it as the clear successor. You’ll also define our product’s approach to embedded AI features, AI licenses, and usage-based costs—within an organization that, of course, develops using AI agents.

We have exciting tasks for you:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: You are responsible for the vision and prioritized roadmap, ensure alignment across the portfolio, and establish the new product as the successor to our previous solutions
• Revenue & Business Impact: You are responsible for ARR and growth, drive pricing, packaging, retention, and expansion, and manage these efforts based on data and KPIs.
• Customer & Market Focus: You translate customer needs and market trends into product differentiation and support strategic customers, deals, escalations, and proofs of concept.
• AI: You shape AI governance, shadow AI transparency, and cost control within the product. You work in an AI-native manner—spec-first, with AI prototypes and quality-oriented planning—and credibly position our capabilities.
• Collaboration & Leadership: You align the involved teams on shared priorities, provide technical leadership without disciplinary authority, and help develop the PM community.
• Execution Strength: You ensure reliable delivery and quality, make priorities and trade-offs transparent, and achieve committed OKRs by removing cross-team roadblocks
• At least 8 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with proven end-to-end responsibility for a product
• Solid background in SaaS management, software asset management, license or IT asset management, or comparable IT operations topics
• Proven responsibility for products or portfolios directly related to ARR
• Practical AI expertise. You naturally use AI tools in your work, write specifications that AI agents can build upon, and can assess the quality of AI features
• Strategic, commercial, and analytical thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills
• A data-driven approach and experience in scaled agile environments
• Professional-level proficiency in German and English
