Product Lead – Marketing Technology

Your mission is to empower the product and marketing teams to connect with the right users at the right time, with the right message, and on the right channels by advancing and expanding our CRM tools and capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

As a Product Lead for the MarTech team, you will define and drive the vision and roadmap for our CRM and user acquisition platform and its underlying technology stack. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, data, marketing) and lead multiple strategic projects. Your focus will be on automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign management, orchestration, and performance measurement to enable targeted, context‑aware, consistent CRM across key channels (in‑app, push, email).

Our humble expectations
  • Proven experience as a Product Lead or Product Manager in B2B, AdTech, or MarTech, especially CRM, user acquisition, marketing automation, and measurement.
  • Strong data‑analysis skills, engineering understanding, design sensitivity, and business savviness. Ability to work like a startup CEO.
  • Experience managing internal stakeholders and partnering with marketing teams.
  • Comfort with high ownership and high visibility; ability to deliver measurable impact on the bottom line.
  • Experience in data science or machine‑learning projects is a plus but not required.
