- You conduct regular customer interviews and market research to inform product decisions.
- You support team development through feedback and knowledge sharing.
- You monitor competitor moves and market trends to sharpen Event Inc's positioning in the MICE market.
- You foster cross-functional collaboration to drive user adoption and business outcomes.
