Formación

• Senior-level engineering abilities, включая independently building and shipping production software, debugging unfamiliar systems, reviewing code, and explaining technical trade-offs
• Flexibility to work across frontend and backend
• Experience helping less experienced engineers improve over time, with examples of what was done and what changed
• Willingness to take responsibility for people leadership, including direct feedback, clear expectations, and performance issues
• Product-mindedness, collaborative judgment, and comfort with startup ambiguity
• Fluent written and spoken English

Responsabilidades
