Advantest Europe GmbH in Böblingen sucht einen Produktingenieur für Kühlung und Thermik (m/w/d). Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Einführung neuer mechanischer Produkte in die Produktion und arbeiten eng mit Fertigung, Entwicklung und Lieferkette zusammen.

Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor/Master in Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik, haben Kenntnisse in Kühltechnik/thermischem Management, CAD-Unterstützung, und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical oder Mechatronics.
• Breites Wissen zu mechanischen Fertigungsprozessen und Assemblies.
• Erfahrung mit Kühlanlagen (Kühlgeräte, Wärmeübertrager) und Thermomanagement.
• CAD-Unterstützung im Produktentwicklungsprozess.

Aufgaben

• Als Teil des SoC Delivery-Teams treiben Sie operative Exzellenz in der Fertigung voran.
• Neue mechanische Produkte des V93000 IC-Testers pünktlich in die Produktion bringen.
• Lieferketten-Anforderungen in Hardware integrieren für effiziente Herstellbarkeit.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Entwicklung, Lieferkette und Marketing in internationalen Umfeld.

Aufgabe

As part of the SoC Delivery team you drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment Bring new mechanical products of the V93000 IC tester into production on time. Actively drive supply chain requirements into hardware to achieve efficient and predictable manufacturability by utilizing the capabilities of our partners Provide special technical advice to peers and management Manage quality, product changes and technical supply chain processes of products to constantly fulfill customer and business requirements Aspects to consider are manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives to drive quality, cost, and supply metrics towards defined goals Work closely with our contract manufacturers, our Development, Supply Chain and Product marketing teams in a very international environment

Qualifikation

Bachelor/ Masters' Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Broad knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and high knowledge of mechanical high level assemblies Experience with cooling equipment (e.g. chillers, heat exchangers,...) and thermal management Knowledge of mechanical product development with CAD tool support Proactive, flexible and innovative mindset with analytical problem solving skills, demonstrating strong ownership Good Communication skills and team player in cross-functional and cross-company environment both in English and German
