YOUR MISSION

• Build, own and maintain end-to-end product features that are used daily by millions of students, directly impacting how they learn and engage.
• Ship a lot of features and AB tests in our Flutter app, contributing to backend and AI topics when necessary and interested.
• Work in small teams with fast iteration cycles - developing strong product opinions and translating them into impactful features.
• Focus on outcomes over implementation, using the best tools (including Cursor and Claude) to move fast and deliver real user and business value.

You’ll contribute to both product direction and engineering quality - bringing clarity to trade-offs, opinions to discussions, and impact to metrics. Over time, you’ll become a key voice in the product-engineering loop, known for turning ideas into shipped, loved, and measurable outcomes for millions of students.

Must-haves

• Experience with software engineering in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Flutter or Experience with building a B2C app for a large userbase
• Strong interest in consumer products and solving real user problems
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Ready to work from our Berlin office
