Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product designer in Germany to shape tokenized assets experiences, from onboarding to portfolio management. You will craft end-to-end flows, collaborate with engineers, and maintain a scalable design system across web and marketing assets.

You will translate complex financial concepts into intuitive interfaces, conduct usability tests with crypto users and institutions, and contribute to product launches with compelling visuals.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of product design experience; shipped consumer or fintech product at scale.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership: research, IA/flows, visual design, post-launch iteration.
• Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout) and handoff tools/workflows.
• Comfort designing for regulated, compliance-heavy flows (KYC/AML, disclosures) without usability loss.
• Strong visual craft: typography, layout, motion, and color/spacing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; defend design decisions with data and reasoning.
• Experience designing for crypto/DeFi/fintech; custody/trading/asset management preferred.
• Familiarity with wallet UX patterns (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and onchain flows.
• Experience designing for multiple personas (retail, institutional, ops).
• Basic fluency in HTML/CSS or React to prototype with engineering.

• Comfortable designing for regulated, compliance-heavy flows (KYC/AML, accreditation, disclosures) without sacrificing usability.
• Strong visual craft: typography, layout, motion, and systemized color/spacing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to defend design decisions with data and reasoning, not just aesthetics.
• Prior experience designing for crypto, DeFi, or fintech products, ideally something involving custody, trading, or asset management.
• Familiarity with wallet UX patterns (MetaMask, WalletConnect, account abstraction) and onchain transaction flows.
• Experience designing for multiple personas simultaneously (retail investor, institutional allocator, internal ops team).
• Basic fluency in HTML/CSS or React sufficient to prototype or collaborate closely with engineering.
