Zusammenfassung

Factorial in Germany is seeking a Product Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) for Solar Array Projects to help ensure mission success from concept through qualification and delivery.

You will prepare project product assurance documentation, align test and inspection activities with engineering and production, support non-conformances with root cause analysis, and report status to customers and internal stakeholders. English skills required; German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year working experience in the space industry.
• Knowledge of ECSS is required.
• Experience with space product assurance.
• Experience with parts, materials and process control is a plus.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Solid English language skills written and verbal are required, German language skills is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Preparation of project product assurance documentation tailored to project specific customer requirements.
• Align test and inspection activities with engineering and production team.
• Support engineering and production team in case of non-conformances and deviations, perform root cause analysis, identify and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Quality status reporting towards the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Participation in customer review meetings as product assurance representative.
• Contribute pro-actively to continuous improvement of products and processes.
