Zusammenfassung

DeltaVision in Munich is seeking a senior Product Assurance lead to drive aerospace quality programs and ensure EN9100 compliance across projects. You will audit, improve standards and manage corrective actions, reporting metrics and collaborating with engineering and operations.

The role requires strong communication in German and English, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to develop quality throughout the product lifecycle. A competitive salary and 40 h/week are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Product Assurance, ISO9001/EN9100 quality and improvement management processes
• In-depth understanding of quality assurance standards & tools
• Knowledge in ECSS is a plus
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus

Your mission

As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will work together with our C-Level, engineers and operators on all deltaVision products & projects pushing the company towards industrialization while building up all relevant resources, infrastructure and processes. In detail you will:

• Lead Product Assurance activities in complex aerospace projects
• Develop and improve aerospace-compliant quality standards acc. to EN9100
• Perform audits and manage corrective action processes
• Lead quality assurance and control activities
• Own the documentation and analysis of quality metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product excellence
