Your Role:
As Product Application Engineer, you support the sales team by translating customer needs into technical solutions and delivering product demonstrations, configurations, programing and integration, and training to customers from all industries. You act as the link between sales, service, and our HQ, ensuring our metrology technology is applied effectively and tailored to each project.

Key responsibilities:
Assist sales with technical presentations, demos, and product configurations

Translate client needs into technical solutions and ensure proper implementation (programming and integration)

Support customer onboarding and provide training

Develop technical content (manuals, documentation)

Participate in product testing, feedback loops, and improvement suggestions

Coordinate with HQ product teams to ensure local relevance.

Your Profile
Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences
Interest in manufacturing solutions & services
Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Driving license (Class B)
Fluent German and English (B1-2)
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
