What you will do

As a Product Analyst, you will be part of an agile Scrum team and actively support product development through data-driven analysis and sound insights. You will work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to provide strategic support for product decisions.

• Formulating and evaluating new ideas/features in the product discovery phase to assess their business value
• Responsibility for defining, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators for your own product in order to identify deviations at an early stage and derive optimisation opportunities
• Analysing and identifying patterns, trends and usage behaviour for features that have already been developed in order to derive recommendations for action
• Documentation and visualisation of product processes and user journeys using a BPMN tool, including flowcharts and user flows
• Translation of technical knowledge into specialist knowledge and understandable product knowledge
• Analysis, prioritisation and tracking of bugs, as well as monitoring of product-related alerts for early error detection
• Support in creating alerts for incidents and bugs to ensure a quick response to malfunctions

• You work in a structured and organised manner and maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects simultaneously
