Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation seeks a Procurement Support (m/f/d) for Airbus Operations with the potential to develop into a Junior Buyer in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

You will manage price data in SAP MM, create and follow up purchase orders, and support data integrity in Airbus Procurement Tools while negotiating supplier costs. Fluent English is required; German is a plus. On-site at Hamburg area.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Quality, or comparable.
• Professional experience in Disposition, Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain.
• Basic knowledge in Project Management.
• Good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace.
• Fluent English spoken and written; German skills advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Price management for complex cabin components
• Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM
• Create and follow-up purchase orders
• Follow-up payment of invoices
• Support buyers in managing data integrity in Airbus Procurement Tools
• Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data
• Manage the electronic & physical archiving of contractual documents
• Define best practices and harmonize way of working across workpackages
• Work with AI and Google Tools to automate administrative tasks
• Research data and interview specialists to provide other Airbus Teams with the data for negotiations
• Negotiate directly with suppliers non-recurring and recurring cost of design changes
