Zusammenfassung

STRATO Personal GmbH in Hamburg sucht Sie als Procurement Support & Junior Buyer (m/f/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Kundenprojekte, z. B. Airbus Operations.

Sie arbeiten an Preisgestaltung, Einkaufsdaten in SAP MM und der Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen. Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain oder Vergleichbares mit, gute SAP- und Google Workspace-Kenntnisse sowie fließendes Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Industrial Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft, International Management, oder Supply Chain.
• Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung, Projektmanagement, Lieferantenmanagement und Supply Chain.
• Gute SAP- und Google Workspace-Kenntnisse.
• Fließendes Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Preisgestaltung komplexer Kabinenteile; Verhandlung von wiederkehrenden und einmaligen Lieferantenkosten bei Designänderungen.
• Lieferanten-, Preis- und Beschaffungsdaten in SAP MM und weiteren Airbus-Tools verwalten; Bestellungen und Zahlungen nachverfolgen.
• Beschaffungsdatenintegrität und Lieferantenleistungsmanagement unterstützen; Konsolidierung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Leistungsdaten.
• Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung mit KI, Google-Tools und internem Fachwissen; relevante Daten für Verhandlungen liefern.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Manage pricing for complex cabin components, including negotiation of recurring and non-recurring supplier costs related to design changes
• Manage supplier, pricing and procurement data in SAP MM and other Airbus Procurement tools, including creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders and invoice payments
• Support procurement data integrity and supplier performance management, including consolidation and follow-up of supplier ratings and performance dataManage contractual documentation and procurement processes, including electronic and physical archiving as well as the definition and harmonization of best practices across workpackages
• Drive process optimization and automation using AI, Google tools and internal expertise, while researching and providing relevant data to support negotiations and other Airbus teams

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain or Supply Chain Quality
• Work experience in the field of Procurement, Project Management, Supplier Management and Supply Chain
• Good knowledge in using SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
